It’s hard to believe that there can be such wide ranging opinions regarding the same RSM. What I know is that Magi is very condescending to the female TM’s on her team...especially the ones who offer new ideas & a fresh approach. In addition, she loves to dominate the middle aged Beta makes on her team. She is a total disaster to work for.
