Who Has The Crystal Ball of What Happens After January 1st

    Do you know what is going to happen after Jan 1 when the maps come out? Can it spell trouble for All over Age 50 that are in the field? Crystal Ball says possibly.

    Word has it that all including DM’s will be reinterviewing for open positions. With priority going to diversity and those with less than 3 years with the company

    This is exactly what went on over the past 4 years and now Lilly has all the diversity it can stand. All of the older more experienced managers, directors and reps are no longer with Lilly. That is all except the ones that went over to the diabetes sales force. Now is the beginning of the end for all these reps, managers and directors. This is very sad that all old Lilly will be out after the first of the year. Sad, Sad Sad, get your connections with other companies ready because the shit is going to come fast and it is going, to be brutal. Right after the holidays. Those that can start looking quickly will be better off, and if you have connections within Lilly’s and think you will be fine.....Forget it, all the connections you have made over the past 20 years will only hurt you.. your salary is way too high to stick.     after January 1, lilly officially run by millennials. Take a look at new neuro division. Many managers hired have limited management experience. They placed managers with low salaries vs experienced managers making more. Should be interesting. Run run run in 2018

    Insider claims that pc3 will be cut and territories will return to alignment prior to expansion.

    The elimination of PC3 was announced over a month ago in full disclosure when the 20% reduction in the DBU was announced. Two sleeves per territory. Maps not yet out. This wasn't "insider" info.

    insider info that ZS has made the territory, district and regional maps for diabetes and the young low salaried people will benefit from these maps/territories, already formed. The old farts that make in excess of $15-K will be gone within 9 months. God bless these folks, it is happening again.

    This time, not so much change at the territory level. Districts and Areas will be getting bigger.

    territories will be much much bigger as well as districts. Also those territories and districts are formed in the heart of where the young, diverse, low paid and mainly women live. ZS has been directed as in the past. If you received the letter 3 yr and 6 points you will not be with Lilly’s in 12 mos and more than likely gone by Jan 2. Get on those resumes now so you have a head start if you need to continue working. DR was nice giving what he gave to all the oldies, but the money runs out in 6 to 10 mos when not working and this thing is going to get nasty, no soft landing. Start looking for a new career now don’t wait till after Christmas thinking you can hang on. Not happening hope this helps someone. Been there done that an it’s no fun.

    'Diversity" is the name of the game. Give the job to anyone that's not white, whether or not they are better qualified. Diversity is nothing more than reverse discrimination, because some "minorities" can't compete without extra help. This goes back for decades. Just look at college admissions! If you were black they gave you extra credit on your ACT or SAT scores so you could get in! Disgusting! If you can't get in on your own merits, then tough shit!
