You should apply for a job and take over the responsibility. Thank you for saving this company.

People like you are hard to find. You will do really well. Best Wishes.

Shut up HR monitor......Maybe you need to read the other posts with the Urology Compliance where people are going to lawyers & the goverment to whistleblow on the actions of our crappy company. There are many of us with some little black books full of information to bring proof to the peopleof what our lousy company is doing!

Most Pharmas learned to incentive approval or launch instead of submissions. Sesha and Cheater will take 500 to 1000K to the bank in option profits and I fully expect another CRL for Irvine.

    When is Irvine closing?

When is Britchell Min leaving? Toxic.

I predicted 2 years after the Activis buyout! So sometime in 2017 I think BS will take another look at keeping Irvine open or not. Small, inconsequential group there besides Botox so not sure why they haven't sold this off already.

Had the deal with Pfizer gone through, either San Diego group would have been relocated to Irvine or Pfizer would have shut down Irvine. All those Botox punks that think they are immune to moving, you got a big surprise coming!

So, where do you think the Irvine R&D work will go?

Select Agent R&D is no joke...you just can't throw all your shit in a U-Haul, cruise down to La Jolla and set up shop in any old lab.

IMO the only way Irvine is sold is if we buy an asset that does SA work in a more desireable location. Even that scenario would take a few years to pull off. More likely would be to consolidate all SA work into 1 bldg and then sell off the rest of the campus.

It has taken 1yr 4 months (and counting) to move a very small SA group into a new lab here in Irvine...and the staff is already here. Now extrapolate that to a completely different facility on a much larger scale. Not many people understand just how much goes into something like this.

You can kid yourself until your blue in the face but you may wake up one day in the near distant future and be told the gigs over! Not sure what ship your on, but I spent 25 plus years in R&D in Irvine! It's time to close those doors! They're doing next to nothing there anymore!

Is it standard practice for a Director to report to a Director?

Maybe at legacy Allergan, but BS didn't go for that...well, BS.
