With all the mass exodus, who the hell is left? No one worth a crap! Sales, Medical EVERYONE has lost good people because this place is dying. God will have no mercy!!

This message is for those who are still with this sh@thole of a company. WAKEUP!!! The senior management and to a larger degree mid level directors are completely clueless. They are in mass panic. Great people leaving or in some mysterious cases getting fired. If you are still at this company, then you are a dead end loser that can't get a job anywhere. Yes, we know many of you incompetent rejects have interviewed elsewhere and can't get jobs. You know who you are. Good luck once you face reality outside of the South Shore of Boston. The industry will chew you up and spit you out because you have been doing nothing significant for years. This company deserves everything it gets.
People are leaving daily in all departments. After Friday's announcement it should speed up even more.
The writing is on the wall folks, I cannot believe how a once awesome company is in this situation. Ernesto was brilliant selling when he did!
Ernesto was brilliant at SELLING the company. He had no interest in ever running it. It interfered with his run for the Americas Cup too much. The problem isn't Serono, it's Merck. Serono leadership has zero power. They are now just Merck puppets, and Merck doesn't have a clue how to manage the company.
Merck may be negligent in running the company now, but it was Ernesto's boys who destroyed it. Failure in leadership and management at all levels, led to complacency, piss poor marketing and the abysmal failure in new product approvals. The sad part is those who failed us in the past, still lead us today.
