Loyal? It's a two-way street. Is the company loyal to us? If you know the answer to that, then you know if anyone is loyal to the company. It's obvious.

Stating the obvious that lack of loyalty exists in all industries doesn't make you a genius, it just shows you making excuses for THIS company. Your post is equivalent to "everyone is doing it, so it's ok." That isn't bringing any perspective, it's just going along. So maybe YOU need to take YOUR blinders off.
