Juanita has made numerous comments that Camille is forcing her out of GSK. Just ask any of her reports.

What is Unethical? Your boss and be demanding, unlikeable, be rude and run a terrible culture , they can also ask you to sell more or make more calls or suffer the consequences of documented performance gaps. That’s not unethical or an issue. If it’s different than that then you all—-the entire team each need to file a complaint. Do you all have documentation?

The fact that this thread is so long demonstrates that gsk doesn’t care about their employees. A complete disaster of a company.

 

If this is true of Juanita, she should be dealt with but most likely won't because of her age. HR would advise against action.
