Are there any other tenured reps here with 5+ years? Call me stupid for staying this long, but grass is not always greener on the other side. What other company can you work for 2 hours a day and F*^# off the rest? Just do what ever you need to do to get 5 key writers and your gold!! Thats worked for me all these years!
No, OP is correct. Look at the breakdown of the top 10 territories. They are making their numbers based off of 4-5 key writers for Pennsaid and 2-3 writers for Exalgo. If you want to do well, make sure you are in a similar territory.

"They" think of anyone to let go, if "they" don't like you, you're on a PIP an gone. Does ANYONE read the company policy book? People, document your horror stories, look up your rights under the FEDERAL EEOC guidelines and file a complaint: http://www.eeoc.gov/ This company violates more laws and think they "cover" themselves...if you don't speak up and file, then no one will ever know!
