GI has been gutted, only used as cash cow
Heme is the new golden business
RL is in trouble-he doesn’t know crap about how to destroy that business.

Derm RVP’s so insecure with themselves. They know they are only there bc they were GR’s hitmen. Wait until the new employee survey comes out!! New management cant/wont be able to protect them the way GR buried issues. So enjoy it will it lasts you two. And MB telling all her emoyees to be quiet, “ you are lucky you have a job”.

Heme isn't making money, not sure how a negative EBIT business is "golden". Derm/GI are the only ones EBIT postitive. Take a look at your financials for the year and see how "golden" heme is. Growth is greath, but techflow/1 CPT reimbursement is not the growth you want.

this thread is on point. Is derm really guided by those 4? None with sales experience, succesfull sales experience. GR had to tell all the SD’s “ “AH never really could sell but we need to support him, if anyone talks bad about him they will deal with me”. Guys a joke ans so are other 3. MB quit sales bc it was hard, then quit company. BM sold piss and blood which a monkey could do and GC never closed a large global account. What a joke. Bring back LC!!

I just can't believe that. Phoenix is locked into a major long-term rental agreement on the building and what are they going to do with all the bodies working there - offer them moving benefits or lay them off??

Rental agreements can be bought out (maybe that was calculated in the purchase from MLS) Anticipate layoffs and selected relocations

Ask Union what they will do.

Ask Tucson what they will do.

There are bigger issues to take care before you get to all this

Not in derm theres not bigger pronlems. Theres zero respect forGC, BM, MB and especially AH. All 4 are unproven in all aspects of their jobs, they were just yes people and ass kissers. Coaches/leaders need to be proven. They simply are not.

I think they are going to turn the office in Irving into a very small lab just for the local deliveries. The location is prime real estate so down size and move the corporate office to Boston. Avista is east coast based anyways and they get paid more to sign out cases up there. Why would they stay here?

They also have new job postings for Inform Diagnostics in Boston.

Can't believe how many naive people think LC should come back. Shows how much you're not a big picture person. LC needed to go. At least 30 people can attest to how useless she was. Wish her the best but she's not a good fit for the organization.

Let me show you the bigger picture. What happened today is the beginning of a lot of things to unfold. Most of them not pretty. We will be downsized to probably fourth of what we are if there is any chance of a legitimate and ethical business. Otherwise we are headed for a part down.

Today is the first round of many layoffs. Some good people will be let go with the bad.

the money that once existed here is gone, the fun workplace is gone, promoting tas/am’s is the way this will unfold in sales, reduction of rvps is ihe way it will go in management, reductions in hr, accounting, and client services are coming. Once was a great place to be. Sad to see. Goodluck to all of the good people. With decling reimbursement rates the only way to stay progitable is to cut people.
