Please buy us someone! I do nothing all day so maybe we will get packaged out.

The people who have been hired in the past year do nothing. It’s bizarre-these people are working less than 16 hours a week. WTH is going on with this company?

I've been here for 20+ years and work about 10 hours a week. Great gig.

Because these people understand efficiency. The name of the game is sales/prescriptions, and profit. 80/20 rule.
Actual hours in front of customers is 40 mins a day. You do the math.
Running around accomplishing nothing isn’t working, it’s running around.

Yep. Learned in my first year to work when I work, and play when I play.
I stay focused, eliminate distractions and go where the business is, minimize wasted time with company busy work, bitching and complaining with other reps, stay the hell out of Starbucks, phone off all working hours, etc.
It’s an old cliche, but always relevant, work smart, not hard.
    Haven’t missed a quota in 22 years.

So you’re saying BMS could get rid of 50% of sales force and focus on that 20%?

Sounds like they could get rid of a lot of the sales force, maybe even 60%.

BMS will not be acquired by Pfizer.
