Who would stay longer than 3 mos post merger??

    WHat a dumbass move by both companies. With mixture of culture, reps, and managers, what rep in their right mind would stay more than 3 mos before finding a new gig?
    Actually, only dead weight would stay, the good clinical reps from Allos with connections will be gone fast....the merging company faces SIGNIFICANT challenges with regards to this and other key factors.

    You will not have a choice, you will all lose your jobs with very little severance. Amag is notorious for firing with almost nothing. Guaranteed you will all lose your jobs and Amag will keep their little boys club going with a few of you. Ask any former Amag amployee and there are literally hundreds of them. Amag turnover has been extensive.
