We've lost some LU (and Ovation) legacies recently. Who do you think is next???

HAHAHAHA! This company sux! Who is next to stay should be the question - only losers are left. If you can't compete you might as well quit

Chris Fields, and a few more. Was an ASM who went into managed care. Heard they went to some start up. No announcement from the company though about their leaving. There will be more, lots more.

Lundbeck prefers to keep quiet all those people who are senior leaving. They have no answer for talent retention here. Everything about this company and development is a joke. They hire people with big talk, then put together online sources with dead links with no oversight. The only reason Lundbeck survives is that we charge 1000% profit margins on drugs so you can be a quite inept and keep the lights on.

If only it would be Lorena to leave. She is a narcissistic, power hungry yet useless figure head. She doesn't care about the sales team or the patients whatsoever. Why do you think neuro is floundering under leadership? Waste of space.

You should check out Lorena Linkedin profile, maybe she is next to go. I agree she is fake and does not care about patients . She comes from a land where the government pays for the drugs they are on and not the patient. Lundbeck needs to learn about CAPITALISM

Just checked and wow you're dead on. She truly doesn't understand what is needed for success here. Her focus is her next vacation or how she can save money here to look good for Julie H and Denmark.

Lorena is a nice lady but what has she accomplished ? Lets see what she says to us on Neurology call in 2 weeks. We need to know more specifics on what business opportunities she is looking at for Neuro. If she doesn't get more specific we will lose more respect for her. No matter what happens she will be safe. She can go back to Australia She still has her house there!

Guess we will find out next week, not that I really care. I know lots of Lundbeck reps looking to leave. You can get never-ending spreadsheets, and micromanagement from any big phamra, but get paid a lot more to endure it! Just heard a MSL from the South left for a better deal. Wonder how many have left since the first of the year?

think about this whole year so far. how much leadership have you observed?

how successful have you felt with the company? lundbeck seem to be sharing in that success?

does it matter that 65% or more of global revenue comes from the USA yet you as an American employee gets 0 to show for it and senior leadership for 3+ years knows this and has heard the feedback yet nothing has changed?

That is why people are leaving. When employees have no ownership in their company there is no incentive to stay over time. When another company offers you better wages and benefits and most likely ownership in the form of stock options or grants, people will move over and actually give a damn about the success of their company doing well.

When senior leadership goes up and shows the stock performance like they do.... this is what it is like to Americans here who see this hypocrisy

"look at the great stock performance, we are up 300% in the last 3 years.... " (oh sorry the us based employees get none even though they are roughly 65% of the global sales income)

this is what it would be like if you were a farm worker in Africa:

"we had a bumper crop of corn this year.... yes the best harvest in the last 5 years.... the corn was top grade, very flavorful and demanded premium price on the market"

meanwhile you are starving and can't have any of it because you just harvest the corn, you don't get to eat any of it. Oh by the way, here's 10 dollars for your work today. We would have given you 12 dollars but you didn't meet goal.

It's a cultural thing. They are a nice and generally generous people, but when it comes to the corporate world, the Danes only care about the Danes (and to a lesser extent the Sweedes).

Thus you will always be a contract sales force and viewed as completely expendable.
