The fact that LH and MW are actually mentioned in the same context as Jimenez is sad and comical. They are not leaders. To have the most tenured managers and directors leave the company on their watch speaks volume - EF, MS, RS, LO, And NJ in the past year!! Regardless of your opinion of these folks they built genoptix in their respective markets and they've all left under the "leadership" of LH and MW. Does Novartis have a clue on how bad senior mgmt is here or are we that unimportant to them???
Some folks think of european countries as warmer / more employee oriented. That is not benevolence thats good socialism -- no one is unique and everyone is replaceable. Don't think for one moment that a large pharma comapny that routinely lays off hundreds to a thousand employees actually cares about individuals Those that left are considered traitors. Right TN?
I believe a self proclaimed redneck, arrogant SOB has been kicking Fat Ass and Genoptix since 2011. Her efforts to intimidate this dude was not looked kindly by Novartis. She got in trouble the last I heard, got Paul Acosta fired and more. Fat Ass needed strippers to get him (hubby) up and going in her honeymoon, that's how ugly she looks now! Scared may be? Oh Well!
