Why are managers asking what we are hearing out there?

    No one cares anymore. If you think the stock is tanking, watch test orders. There is a feeling the HAMMER will be dropped on the field anyday now.

    This is the worst group of managers of I've ever seen. Incompetent. The only ones worth keeping are some of those Key Account Managers who are responsible for securing these huge orders and contracts. I truly hate working here and I hope that this company fails

    Need more text messages, spreadsheets and conference calls. Clearly what they were doing wasn't working. Sell more buckets. Stock is tanking.

    If my manager could schedule a conference call every morning at 7:30 to start the day, they would. So demotivated and I was lied to when taking this job

    I see there are managers like this all over. Is this a directive from the top are is this a result of psycho managers?
