The CT territory has been vacant for @ four months; the florida and Rhode island reps quit; a rep covering part of Boston (maybe boston) quit and the Edison nj rep quit after staying with the company for eight years; a nine year veteran, formerly an endo rep - now in neurology - quit - all in two weeks - and there were many others over the last 8 months...

........the onc managers, as well as the new neurology manager, are condescending and arrogant and have no clue how to sell into NET........they come from big pharma and could care less about the patients..........they should take their attitudes and go back to amgen and novartis and ipsen would be a much better place........

.......ipsen is losing exceptional talent - these reps did not need a change - it's a lie - they needed to keep their sanity.............these managers are nauseating......and not qualified to sell in NET.....

On the otherhand - the endo sales force is exceptional...........

    .......to answer your original question......

    - 3 failed increlex trials for new indications....
    - big pharma and non experienced management hired and now ruining the most important launch in the history of ipsen u.s. into oncology while driving talent away
    - big pharma managers bad mouthing former ipsen management who were pushed out of the company or into another division who had more than a clue to make the onc launch successful.....
    - France telling the u.s. that they would be buying a new u.s. product since the ipsen takeover of tercica
    - failed trials halted in France in the same time frame

Since you did not do your DD before coming onboard, do you now have the answer?
