CEO 1 million dollar raise .... raise.

 

The CEO started this company so don’t ever try to criticize that individual again. What you should be focusing on is the fact that RDs got a HUGE raise in 2019 and then another raise in 2020. These raises were on top of our annual appraisals.

You want to know how they paid for those raises to RDs? By changing the bonus terms for Q3/2019 after the QTR was over.

To boot if you were disappointed in how they measures appraisals last year (again changing how they would typically measure appraisals) you ain’t seen nothing yet. This year will be even worse, they got another Huge raise in store for those worthless RDs.
