Why do we believe the bad rumors about our positions w URL but ignore the good ones?

    We are safe, done in 30 days, 90 days. We work for another 60 and paid for another 60. Takeda wants us. Takeda doesn't want us etc etc etc! The truth is- ALL of it is a rumor after another rumor but why do we tend to believe the negative versus the positive?

    Because you work for Quintiles, always lean to the negative.

    This must be your first time going through a layoff. Usually the negative rumors are the most accurate, but even putting that aside it is always better to prepare for the worst.

    Yep, you are the genius in the room! It is much better to prepare for the worst that way you are not caught off guard and without a game plan!
