I don't get it. I just sent my resume in for a diabetes postion in Virginia and then I came to cafepharma to see what you all were saying about your company. Huh? If you think you are all leaving why are they posting job openings?
Simple- the more vacancies, the less a company appears valuable and the more bodies they have, the better it seems. These people have no problem posting for a position and then fire or lay you off in a few short weeks all the while knowing that that was the plan. Advice: hold out for a few more weeks to find a better opportunity because if you rush into this one at Amylin, you will find yourself scrolling cafepharma in a few short months.
