Why is PBG pushing these mediocre products down our throat?

I thought we were all in this business to sell implants and grow surgical practices. So why are they pushing a seldom used mini (LOADI) implant to GPs who are too cheap to buy a torque wrench and a $100 box of spungs? Just okay to have in the catalog but far from a money maker or even practice builder. Management is suspect

I think they mean Sponges..

Aside from the spelling, they have a good point
