Does being a dick have anything to do with Jim's lack of producing numbers? At 4% growth domestically it seems he is doing a poor job. Or will he keep passing this off on CJ?

 

This is an extension of the previous character assassination of JR. JR looks mighty fine now, better and better with the passing of time (and gas).

 

Can it really be character assassination when all things stated were true? JR deserves any and all comments that were produced from his thread. As far as looking like a better option. This is true only if you are referring to JR over Lorenzo.

Lorenzo is inept in his position. This was the same during his time at Medshape. CJ and Lorenzo are the problems in the sales organization. I will continue this mantra until Colson makes the appropriate changes to help our company.

 

Having someone of JL’s caliber lead Acumed sales speaks volumes to the type of company being built. JL's relationships with the best and brightest and proven success in driving world-class orthopedic sales organizations will provide Acumed with a distinctive advantage in the marketplace.

 

Please provide evidence to JL's previous success. The relationships that you mention cannot mean physician relationships, he has none.

His leadership over the course of this year has proven that he cannot drive sales nor provide a distinct advantage in any marketplace.

 

JL had strong runs in a leadership position both at DePuy and MedShape. Of course he has great doc relationships. Impossible not to while driving the sales machine at DePuy and MedShape.

 

JL never drove the sales machine at DePuy and did not have a significant or prominent leadership role within DePuy corporate. His tenure at Medshape was short and performance was less than stellar.
As far as doc relationships,,,, this comment was the most laughable. JL has zero relationships in the market that Acumed is attempting to enter. He cannot fool those that are around him and can see through his thin veil of BS. The distributors know that he is incapable of cultivating relationships and has zero to bring to the table for them from a physician relationship standpoint.

TBH,,,,, I enjoy watching quietly from the inside the implosion that JL and CJ are working their way to.
Again,,,, the sales for the year are where? Less than 5% growth on the year?

Is Acumed better off with JR or JL at the wheel?

Yep, we are still blaming JR, he was so great at Acumed and we never should have let him go.
OH the regrets we have every day!!!!! Acumed would be in much better shape if JR were here.
Now that we have said what you want to hear, we will get back to fixing JR’s mess.
So do you still have JR's picture on your night stand? Are you ever going to let go of the fact the JR is no longer at Acumed?

 

Need to come back on record and say, we do not regret letting go of JR, Acumed would not be better if he were here and Acumed stands by their decision to let go of him. The previous statement was sarcasm and can be considered internet trolling and was not on behalf of any authority of Acumed representatives.
You never know if one of you idiots who still has a hard on for JR will take the statements seriously and try to act on it.
