Why is turnover extremely high?

It is true that DM is deplorable. He can't keep people & the ones stuck there want out. The RM covers for him & the only reason we can come up with is that he kisses his a@#. Dont know why HR hasn't gotten the clue yet.

 

Ista must be finally doing something right. Turnover has been non-existent since the buy-out. I wonder why turnover has been 0 since then? If you know the volume of turn-over with us we should have lost 2-3 people in this time frame. I wonder why people aren't leaving? Hmmm. What could it be?

 

Mmmmm sounds and smells like "bye bye your old Ista ass is otta here" packages to me...
