Why so little pay?

    Thought you got into med device sales to make a lot $$? Arthrex doesn't pay anything. Why do people hold the job so high, it's an entry level sales job.

    Depends which distributor you work for. Which one are you referring to?

    Arthrex is ALL ABOUT Arthrex and will pay itself first, distributor owners 2nd, Reps that make it happen last ...... really.

    The reason for the low pay is it does not take much skill to open boxes. Just like it doesn't working at the Home Depot. Supply and demand baby.
