Why so much turnover?

    so who manages the managers ?
    Answer - No one , all upper management
    has quit or been fired, and 3/4 of the
    NAM sales force has been fired or quit.
    Craziest thing I've ever seen in pharma.

    Why hasn't Avanir addressed the extremely high turnover
    Does Avanir or HR even care ????

    The biggest problem here is
    that all the reps are managed by
    fear. You can't keep putting all
    these reps on PIPs and expect
    turnover rates to stay low.
    It demoralizes reps & they look
    to leave for better situations.

    Avanir has an extremely hostile, toxic work environment. Even top producers
    are being harassed by their managers

    Management and HR has to be revamped

    The reps are making all the money for the company and being totally abused

    This has to stop !!!!

    I like how a rep gets 300 Nuedexta scripts
    a quarter, but there baseline was 301
    so they make 0 bonus on Nuedexta.
    lol
    Even though the company made 300 ✖️500.00=$150,000 for 1 quarter

    That my friend is how shady companies meet investor expectations, pay overpriced execs and keep expenses in line.

    I like how a rep who's Nuedexta baseline
    is 25 for a quarter then gets 50 scripts
    a 200% increase & makes 20K bonus for the quarter, while the rep who got 300 scripts makes 0 lol

    You do realize it costs the company $250,000 to carry a rep. with salary, car, insurance, gas, benefits. so if you are only bringing in 150,000, the company is in the negative smarty pants.

    Ok, dumbass, in the scenerio
    presented above the rep getting
    300 scripts A QUARTER (4 Quarters) is makeing the company $600,000 a yr.
    And making 0 Bonus.
    So yes he is carrying himself plus
    profit for the company.
    The rep getting 50 scripts a quarter is
    making $20K in bonus but not even
    Paying for himself (as you stated takes $250K a yr to pay for a rep) so the rep
    bringing in less business makes more
    money in bonus and the company
    Is actually negative on the rep making
    20K a quarter, and you wonder why reps
    leave here.

    No, it was from HR. Only they would know the costs of a sales prof. HR can't even pass a 2nd grade math test (basic addition and multiplication).

    When HR fired me they also shorted me my vacation days (basic addition and multiplication).
