Exactly! The problem is American healthcare is not a system; it's a hodgepodge (sp).
Kind of like our units and measures- inches, miles, gallons, fahrenheit degrees, pounds. (Thanks for nothing, England, except your language.)
If we were smarter, like most other countries, we would convert to the metric system.

The ACA was long overdue, and merely the second step of the journey, Medicare and Medicaid, being the first, unless you count Social Security. All good, American programs.

I'd like to know where in the constitution it speaks of this?

After Obamacare is fixed, is your next goal climate change? School lunches being nutritious?

How else should I live my life? Please tell me.

    "All good, American programs."
    - You mean all bankrupt programs.
    - If were like most other countries, we wouldn't be the greatest country that has ever existed... Hell, we might actual like soccer. HaHaHaHa!

It is 100% unconstitutional to force Americans to buy something as a condition of being alive in America.

Who has better outcomes that can be 100% attributable to their healthcare system. Which outcomes, please tell?
And how expensive is healthcare to all the fat-ass, obese, diabetic bums in this country that pay nothing for it?

Which country has a health measure that is better than the US, and can be directly, 100% linked to their healthcare system? ANSWER: none.

As you see, my simple friend, health measures are complicated. You can't assume that because one country does it one way and another country does it another, that life-expectancy for example, is increased or decreased due to a particular healthcare system.

Let me give you a real simple example... if you were to die in a car accident at age 18, that would lower the overall life-expectancy. But does it have anything to do with how good or bad a healthcare system is? NO.

Aw... obfuscate, did somebody learn a new word today? Which facts are which? What are you talking about? You want to falsely give credit to something that does not deserve it. Which countries, that supposedly rank higher than The US, have higher obesity rates, or higher diabetes rates than The US? Americans do their damnedest to kill themselves with their unhealthy lifestyles. It is AMAZING that modern science can keep them alive as long as they do.... and that shit costs money.

Our life expectancy competes with countries that their people eat nothing but rice and fish their entire lives, and ride bikes for their primary mode of transportation. Hmmm... I wonder if that might have an impact? No... in your mind, it can only be credited to their healthcare system.

Truth hurts doesn't it? Did you know that less than half of all T2 diabetics are obese? So, should we just prioritize the slim ones? Where do you stand on the race and socio-demographic issue?

Or is it just stick to a healthcare system that is expensive with terrible outcomes?

Try to use some big words Jonny, it'll help your grade average

    Here ya go genius...

How does my weight relate to type 2 diabetes?
Carrying extra body weight and body fat go hand and hand with the development of type 2 diabetes. People who are overweight are at much greater risk of developing type 2 diabetes than normal weight individuals. Being overweight puts added pressure on the body's ability to properly control blood sugar using insulin and therefore makes it much more likely for you to develop diabetes. Almost 90% of people with type 2 diabetes are overweight. The number of diabetes cases among American adults jumped by a third during the 1990s, and more increases are expected. This rapid increase in diabetes is due to the growing prevalence of obesity and extra weight in the United States population.

Stick to the race-baiting. You're not too good with the facts.

Someone who writes with a like a four year old ensures that whilst most folks can read what is written, very few can actually make much sense of it!

Ahhhh....good ol' cut and paste! Can you cut and paste some stuff that discusses the correlation (that is how different things relate to one another homeboy) of prevalence of diabetes and genetics, lifestyle and life expectancy plus anything else you might want to include.

How about that expensive healthcare system with terrible outcomes beyond just diabetes?

Ahhhh.... good ol', you're wrong about facts, so let's talk about something else. I believe you refered to that as "obfuscation".

So, which outcome would you like to discuss now? How about cancer outcomes?

Why, you don't understand diabetes so why complicate things homeboy?
