Often we think of our words, insults or quips as benign and meaningless, but we have no concept of how those same words are being processed by the recipient. Let’s strengthen our resolve to go out of our way to sense loneliness and give it company. Let’s be quicker to forgive, give people the benefit of the doubt and embrace other people for who they are, regardless of our ability to fully understand them.

As humans, there is no greater gift that we can give those we love, or possibly hate than the gift of empathy. There is no more significant character trait or skill that we would want to impart to our children than the ability to, be sensitive to how another human being is feeling.

My dear friends, I urge you to please take these lessons to heart and together we will build a more tolerant and loving community and a more accepting and embracing world.

We are all people with families, part of the human race, we have shared good times, and yes, bad times. During this season realize all the blessings that you have and give thanks for it.

May each and everyone of you be blessed and fortunate. And may Love flow throughout our universe.

    Many accounts are leaving.

    I assume Quest thought 30%

    More like 65%

The tbr people are not bad people. They are humans and they are used to doing things the Quest way.
This acquisition was thrown at them, just as it was thrown at our clients.
If we had more time to transition, meaningfully, we would not be in this predicament.
There is only 1 truly vile human being at tbr. he or she cares more about petty tier 4 compliance rules than a patient's life, during day 1 of a go live.

We are good at pretending everything is ok, even when the king is naked.

No one will call it for what it is before it's a giant mess.

By June, they will start to make up stories to justify a lower budget in 2019, all the while the business is leaving in droves to other brooklyn labs.

So the year closes out in a few hrs. What a year. A story was sold to us. All along some knew that working for Quest would never work out. All are miserable, including "The Fearless Leader".

And now, the end is near
And so I face the final curtain...

Woa, woa.... I made a mistake, this song has a good ending.

You should never , never doubt something that no one is sure of.

Maybe a handful will survive by May. Everyone will Quit or be terminated.

    Enjoy the day

Bonus is a joke and a handful will remain past April

The smart reps are already setting up accounts with competition

    Quest will have buyer remorse

To the number crunchers and analysts at Quest Diagnostics:

Have you gone back to work today and printed reports on specimen volume on Shiel Medical Laboratory accounts? If so, you will notice that historical volume is slowly decreasing due to the fact that your newly acquired Sales Representatives are stealing the business , hopefully under your watchful eyes.
From the beginning, they knew that the bonuses were not going to happen, so the next best thing is have the business leave now. You need to enforce all covenants!!

For the most part, the individuals that you are dealing with are very strategic and crafty.

This is a great one, anyone reading this that formally worked for Shiel, know that this statement is complete fake news, but they cant admit that.. Quest would need to fire them.
