My manager says we have to do panel presentations on our WIGs for top customers as part of development planning this year. Says she needs to do it for her development.

Why are we taking more time out of the field to do panel presentations for something that is fake?

Can we just let the Otezla people run the show please! They might be weird but at least they focus on sales.

 

4DX unfortunately is here to stay. The weekly lashings and verbal abuse will continue! It’s the Amgen way!

 

Lots and lots of us are getting called by recruiters from competitors, and exactly zero have 4dx. We should announce that 4dx was helpful but need to shift our effort. Pay FranklinCovey for any remaining contract and be done

 

WIG sessions have NOT worked at other companies, T.O. do your research. Does Amgen have this much money to waste?

 

They waste it on double the reps that's actually need it so why not WIG sessions?

 

WIG could be gone in inbu by end of March
