Will anyone be help accountable for the loss of so many talented people?

    Just curious if anyone will be held accountable for so many talented people leaving? If I was a senior manager, a share holder or a CUSTOMER I would want to know WHY the people who represent Olympus in the field are heading for the exists....I can assure you that customers DO NOT buy from Olympus because of of the companies reputation, they buy from the sales representative who persuades them to look past it.

    Energy is MR MOORE. He says he will be accountable for getting energy on contracts (NOPE) . He says he will hold himself accountable to the MAIN THING hitting the # . NOT 1 REGION HIT THE # and the company was not even close. (NOPE). He backstabbed all of his managers to include the pigeon OH SORRY ( THE EAGLE) The answer is NOPE! Sean points fingers at everyone but himself.Sean is the perfect example of individual who has risen above his competence level. Now we have TANNER who is just like Sean, YOU SERVE NO PURPOSE !!!!!! Tanner you really need to call Marty and say THANKS. You had zero impact on the business

    Typical Olympus , is to make changes to protect yourself. This company does not to value experience or integrity . If they did all you have to do is look at our leaders, and they would all be gone ! Why is energy still in our portfolio . They are only dragging us down . Getting rid of Ryan Freedman was positive move. None of my customers ( I am not energy ) had positive things to say about him. He thought he was the manager for all divisions and really created problems everywhere he was .

    Olympus is terrible.. please don't keep second guessing Olympus. It will never change.. Find a new job and resign, it will never ever change. I promise!!!
    This is a company of buffoon management that just Only plays covertiur ass. Trust me when I say this; every last RVP & AVP knows they are of zero value to the org. They are just trying to retire and fill their 401k. They don't care and never will. Resign.

    RVP HERE , I can tell you the $ is not worth the headaches. RVP IS A PAPER PUSHER> I HATE MY JOB! I AM ONLY HERE BECAUSE OF TENURE> BEST THING IS I GET FIRED > I GET SEVERANCE ! This is entry level sales job , do not interview here in any division, including GI . I have told all my people to get paper on the street !

    5 Olympus TM resignations today alone.
    Surgical Endoscopy, Energy, and Endo Therapy... The sales ranks are emptying and an alarming rate, yet NOTHING has been done about upper management yet... I won't even mention the ridiculous comp plans that were rolled out just recently.... Olympus is a joke!!

    Do not apply with Olympus. You will be sorry.

    OMG , last place I want to be . Morale is terrible, can't trust anyone , with people who really do not have my best in mind . TYPICAL OLYMPUS NSM!! Wonder which brainchild is going to drink way to much and mouth off . Think I am getting food poisoning might have to leave meeting early . I can only listen to Nils , Sean, Todd, Don , and the guy from energy Sean the Turd , and Tanner the turd cleaner !!!!

    Ent is a toss up between energy as the worst place with in Olympus. Energy has zero direction and or chance to be a player . Entry level device sales. Management is lost . GVP Sean and AVP Tanner are lost and AVP in East is open , since Ryan was fired. Ent can not compete and products continue to go on back order . Your better off else where
