You don't keep contract reps that are making 100k+ when you already have a sales force ready to go.

I think it really varies widely based on experience and former salary. I actually found them to be fair with how the decided and what they offered. Ask for what you want, and see if you get it. If not, see if your comfortable with what they offer you and weigh your options. It’s been a pretty good gig thus far.
