How is this possible without the FTC approval being granted until today?

 

everyone is referring to FTC giving their blessing FIRST in early May. Once that happens, the deal closes within couple of days or so from FTC approval.

This is it!! The extensions haven't been this short before, my guess FRIDAY the 8th is the date!

LOL! Allergan announced yesterday that they have notified the New York Stock Exchange that it was voluntarily delisting.
