Will the Sunshine Act be the Last Act for the Pharmaceutical Sales Rep?

The lack of access is getting really bad in the field. My customers don't want to be associated with pharmaceutical companies and reps anymore and are now refusing the educational textbooks and lunches that were my sole reason for getting any access at all the past few years. Many of my docs are afraid that the next step is taxation by the government. I have had a lot of offices tell me that they are going to refuse to accept anything from the reps because they don't want to be mentioned in Big Brother's website for fear of losing their jobs. I can't even get an appointment in any of my offices unless I have a brand-new drug to launch. Things are going from bad to worse.
