    So technically, admitting indexing was inaccurate or flawed really makes any kind of numbers driven performance review for 2017 bogus. This should be interesting.

    It's a sham and they are playing with the numbers never seen this or heard this from any other company instead of an upside down pyramid we have a backward a@@ IC plan

    Has anyone heard anything about our MID-YEAR REVIEWS? I guess there were none this year since the year ends in October for review purposes. Hmmmmm

    My manager did mid year reviews in July

    Yes we had mid years as well. Real quick not very formal. In July.

    Anyone think it's weird that with about a week and half to go in the quarter they just decide to nix RX indexing and screw hundreds of reps? How many lost $1,000's today? Once again the Medicaid territories benefit and the commercial get screwed.

    High Medicaid territories got fucked today too, thanks shire and thank you executive team for reminding me why I hate you.

    Let's not forget that the reason for the re-alignement and the "layoffs" of 25-30 reps back in Feb was due to indexing and weeding out the Medicaid territories for a more profitable cause....

    So, ummmm if this is yet another admitted failure; can we apologize to those reps?

    Who is being held accountable at corporate for this circus ?

    Can everyone please go on Glassdoor and trash these *ssholes? Other than quitting, it's the only way to make them pay.

    That's exactly what I was thinking! We need to stop over paying consultants who obviously don't have a clue about our business.

    We will make it to 2018 but not far into the New Year and the cord will be cut.
