With tons of reps expecting to quit before they are fired, word is out that Novadaq is planning to actively screw reps out of earned commissions, and it's already happening!!! Document everything! Novadaq's real colors are coming out with a vengeance!
No surprise here. Heard one person has already retained a lawyer trying to get back commissions they screwed them out of. Keeps copies of ANYTHING you might need to prove earned commissions. You can't trust these bastards!
The above post is true. With so many of us interviewing and planning on leaving on OUR TERMS and not theirs, Novadaq will try anything to screw us if they can. Heard that we will stay until our aquiring company is satisfied that their reps can move in, then we are gone. A few months at best. The last of transparency from Novadaq is totally expected. If we had had good, competent, upper management, we would have been a multi-billion dollar company by now. Time to go. Good luck to all.
