Morgan M is still a piece of garbage, lying and cheating her way to CD. She has a new RSM who will not be fooled into giving her numbers to win. Laurie E has a new role of doing nothing, should fit her well. I hear she has health problems that are very serious. They say Karma is a bitch.

 

How come LE and Dale P still have jobs after they reaped the rewards of the D C-M scandal? They made sure she was disposed of and CYA'd themselves. Hey MS, you're on CP all the time, check out these two and deal out some justice

 

Dale was not involved. He does not see account changes at the territory level. Only the RSM is aware of changes. So do not point fingers at Dale.

 

Hmmmmm....then why was he demoted? Are you sure about his ignorance? The DOS would surely know about the massive amounts of comp LE and DC earned two years in a row---wouldn't he ask questions? The DOS is more aware of these things than you lead us to believe. DP plays the naive choir boy very well, don't be fooled by him. By not getting involved he played stupid, pocketed his comp off this scandal and did nothing to fix the mess so the other TMs would have received their fair share of the commissions, too. shame on him and DOUBLE shame on LE (why does she still have a job at Convatec?).

 

Actually, wasn't DP higher up in the company when he was LE's boss, then demoted to his current status as a DOS after the scandal hit the fan??

 

DP was not demoted. He manages more sales dollars as a DOS than he did as NBD of Alt Site. It was a nice promotion.

 

I believe that Morgan will not be with Convatec much longer. She will probably go on the awards trip and then resign. This is way too much work for her, unless she can take 6 months off two years in a row and still make bonus and Club Diamond. She is just much too fragile to actually work a full year and why should she?

You must know her well! I agree without LE to fix her numbers I doubt she will have much success anyway unless she can con the new RSM, which lets face it might not be that difficult. She plays the victim so well and uses it to her advantage whenever she can, I have already heard from some hospitals who don't want her back in their facility. Pretty classless

Because this chat room should not become a witch hunt ....There are enough self centered losers that are taking advantage of us (MS etc) lets stay on point and get rid of these toxic a holes before they walk away with the big payoff on our backs. Don't forget about the most toxic vile snake in the Skillman mix: MD. This creep through stealth, servile politeness, and cunning has been the catalyst for so much misery we TMs have endured. And yet he survives in his role while so many good people have left or continue to suffer. Don't lose focus on our real enemies: MS AND MD. Who cares about Morgan and her interactions, if any, with LE. Stay focused on the true evil ones.

 

Lesbian love affair? Now at least that would be interesting. Witch hunt no, honest and fair assessment of Mrs Montano-Abboud yes. For those of us that she cheated it's fair, smugness and arrogance are not qualities that should be exuded by one with so many problems.

Agree 100%. Mike Dann had flagrant compliance violations in 08 yet is still here- what's up with that? Management in this company is so corrupt, they're worse than working for the mob. MD should have been fired a long time ago, but he's so good at kissing you-know-what that he gets a special pass. Just don't turn your back on this guy or you may find a knife in it.

Mike D was protected by KG (fired) and RG (fired) and yet his behaviour as an RSM was vile and illegal. He was the trailblazer when it came to barbaric TM harassment==especially his ultra cruel dealings with the many female TMs that he ultimately dispatched (with the nodding approval of Karen and Ron). He also sometimes violated BMS core behaviours when it came to customer interactions (he sacrificed his Balt TM at the time for actions he encouraged and was "saved by the bell" due to the BMS sale of Convatec. This guy has survived when so many better human beings than him have been hounded out of this company. Why is Skillman so afraid of this guy?

 

Do any of our Insiders know how and why MD still has a job at Convatec? His past RSM history, unknown to most, should have had him terminated. But he is still with us. Those of you who come into contact with him, any good news you can share about possible departure plans for this gentleman?

 

Is it true that Morgan was fired today? If true it's about time. I hope they made her give the CD money back
