That’s what happens when you promote an inexperienced sales rep with no managerial experience into a tough DM spot. Wonder how long before her first breakdown

The District Managers are just a reflection of the lousy Regional Directors that Amgen employs like RM in the BCBU who is a terrible manager and thinks reps are totally replaceable. There is no sense of team at Amgen because no one cares about each other.

Worst DM? . That’s an easy answer=MINE! The dude is sleeping with one of our female reps and it’s significantly impacting our team’s culture. It’s common knowledge on our team and everyone’s scared to speak up. Toxic environment!
