    Amgen does not practice progressive discipline as an employer. Amgen prides itself as an employer on this and the concept of being ‘at will’. They can and will put you on a plan or terminate your employment for any reason. You and they are 100% ‘at will’ as employee/employer. If you stay or decide to work here, you need to be comfortable in knowing you are ‘willing’ to allow them this privilege.

    Grass IS greener on the other side. Amgen is a joke. From the outside they look pretty then you get in and spend your time trying to get out. Certainly not a privilege to work for Amgen and the proof is watching the excessive turnover. Never seen so many people, especially higher management, leave a company.

    Amgen also supports, encourages, and allows discrimination and retaliation of their favorite “protected” leaders. You have to be comfortable with that here, there are hundreds of cases.

    You do realize those are just a list of accusations from a disgruntled/ fired employee and they were all tossed out except the one in Ohio. Has anyone ever falsely accused you of anything? Think.
