If you have that much on him, there has to be more out there. Why don't you call Compliance on him? That's what it's there for, complaints. Not only for managers, it's there for us too.
Of course, lets trust that the case will be handled right; with the POS's in Staffing Relations, maybe it won't be, but I've heard there are a lot of eyes on these. Hope stuck up rude kiss-ass KS and her goonies don't hide it - they go after managers they don't like while others get by with anything.

Call hotline and make it anonymous.Don't tell ANYONE! not spouse, coworker, lover, your best friend .it will leak for sure.If you keep it confidential HR might do something. But your right if they know they help manager stir something and you risk being fired. Amgen HR is the worst, especially Recruiting everywhere and Staff Relationships in T.O.

DO NOT go to HR here. They will find a way to get rid of you.

Reps should not fear the retaliation and should be going to HR. They are fearful. Our DM should have been let go for compliance reasons and they kept her and filed two reps in MI

Bravo, HR at its best - “Get this in your tiny heads: you mean nothing.” So we mean nothing. Your HR-you said it, the truth of how you see us.And that’s how you treat us.Go on, insult us, that’s all you know to do. We all know who you are
You don’t know how to do cost/benefit, you don’t know what it means. You’re an overpaid clerk, you do and say as your told, a pawn, a puppet,a follower. Do you get bonuses for firing people that complain? Everyone knows nothing is anonymous and you destroy anyone that reports issues - even compliance issues.Corp HR is worst ever.

There is plenty of evidence to support the fact that if you complain to HR you are sent packing. Where is the investigation on this?

There is no evidence. HR has swept it all under the rug. You can’t trust HR! They will always work for the person with the higher title.

EXACTLY and this is just wrong! Reps should not fear their managers-especially if the managers have been non compliant. The reps should not be let go if the manager tries to uncover dirt on them -HR is always on the higher title's side for the most part. This is not right.

No it's not right but Amgen has a long history of doing just that. It's awful. Those managers know how to work the system and generally speaking promote a toxic environment and HR loves them for it. Rick C from HR is definitely one of the worst in my opinion. He seems sadistic. He seems to work for management and management only. Steer clear of him if you can at all costs.

Mike DiFilippo is now the interim RSD since Veronica (MM-East Coast) has announced she is leaving to go to another company. How long will he stay since his security blanket is leaving.

If only that were the case we would have a one to one ratio of signal to noise and electron microscope‘s which never seem to work anyway. It’s the same all thing, you get what you pay for. But I would be foolhardy to suspect that purchasing is not going to bend over backwards to get us the very best equipment we need, especially since right now the inflammation space is heating up like the surface of the moon
