Sanofi had no oncology products during his tenure. They were just starting the Onc franchise with eliguard

you are correct. Aventis was where he left 2 billion dollar oncology drugs as they were losing exclusivity.

    “I got mine", said Alles.

Celgene CEO Mark Alles will be eligible for a severance benefit that would be three times his annual salary and cash incentive opportunity.

The company is yet to disclose his 2018 compensation.

If the termination or resignation is not connected to the deal closing, the severance payment would be 1.5 times the officer's salary, or two times in Alles' case, and would include cash incentive opportunity, Celgene said.

believe leadership at your own peril

A beleaguered Celgene, which was reportedly in merger talks with Bristol-Myers since SEPTEMBER, had hatched a plan to sweeten the pot for its executive team ahead of the historic $74 billion....

The move is pertinent, considering cuts and layoffs are all but certain if the deal is closed. Bristol-Myers expects to achieve $2.5 billion in ANNUAL cost reductions by 2022 as it merges the two operations.

Plenty of money for MA to fulfill his passion as a Bruce Willis impersonator.

Well. I'm sure with that kind of money he can afford to be in the porn version of pulp fiction in this scene.
