“Oblesse oblige” does not make you sound clever – Son. Still a wordy, chaffy mess.

LOL! It's called a typo Tiger. Still, not the most opportune time for a typo - I'll admit.

Sounds like management has a plan. Rumors have it that they are discussions to buy that great lab in brooklyn who is losing 10 million to 40 million a year Shiel/Spectra. This management team will get tested with those reps. All tenure former employees who will not tolerate corp excuses. They will get results cause they have excellent relationships. Quest was finished 16 years ago to be exact. All good reps were at bio reference and enzo and shiel from teterboro.

They will laugh with the paper work . The micro managing etc. They will all go on short term disability find a job come back to resign. Be prepared. Those guys sleep and stay in bed for 150 to 200000. Be prepared.

Some of these reps never worked a hard day in their career and would never fit in current environment.

Some of the managers have no real experience in sales either. It will be very interesting indeed to see how they'll make that work.

Not exactly a robust selection process these days. One of the consequences of massive turnover fueled by poor leadership.

This is very true. What type of criteria are they looking at for management placement? It just doesn't really make any sense from a mature perspective.

The key criteria include a pulse and the ability to pucker up.

Wonder if there is a drug for leadership...something that would promote common sense and courage.

Quest and America. Both have corrupt and inept leadership. Too bad we only get to vote for change in one.

Some folks could get to vote for change in two...if they play their "cards" right.

With such brand recognition it is amazing Quest still is loosing business to other "small patatoes"
Matter of fact it quest cannot sell because physicians have been burned before with crap test results that quest churns out in their factories.
