I cringe when my boss is rides with me. I cringe when the phone rings and it is my DM. I cringe when I have to sit through another useless conference call. I can't wait to get out of this place. What a poorly run company. What useless management.

 

Bad RMs need bottom feeder DMs to make themselves look better. She is scared of smart or fair DMs.

Good DSMs were purged last June. Not many of us left that worked for them. It scared any sense of decency from the rest of the DSMs, they got worse, not better. Somehow, my DSM thinks Hetlioz has an insomnia indication.
