Let me get this straight, my company just announced that they are laying off 1/4 of their sales force in Q3 and we are all worried about how we are going to find a job during a Pandemic. Many of my friends in the service industry are worried they won’t be able to keep paying their bills and you want to complain about your Manager? You’re a pussy. What’s the matter? Your Mom can’t come over every night and wipe your ass right now?

 

We all know you aren’t doing your job.

Obviously, the person that started this thread is a manager that knows they are incompetent, a-hole/bitch, micromanager, and knows they are not well respected. They post here in order to convince themselves they aren't so bad after all when their name doesn't come up...

Working? There is so much fluff in the weekly spreadsheets I send to our micro managing - control freak of a leader, I am almost ashamed to be collecting a paycheck!
