Agreed. He must be too damn lazy to go back and read the previous threads. I think this topic has been discussed about 500 times already.
Hands Down. Most Useless out of the bunch. Drinks the Kool Aid and asks for more when directed (but only when directed). If he knew what his reps said to each other, he would probably cry. His reps play a game of how many big brother quotes he says during his visits. #FroYo4Life
I'm surprised she hasn't submitted a dissertation to have her name removed from this thread, like she does every thing else negative associated with her!
Managers here are on witch hunts to fire reps over expense report violations. We have real issues at this company but HR is flooded with managers having them comb over receipts and sign in sheets. This is embarrassing.
What did your manager do? Mine has been going through our overnight receipts and gas receipts, has fired 3 in our district in last 2 years by doing this.
If you have nothing to hide, why would it matter if anyone goes through your expense reports, sign-in sheets, etc????? Do your job and be honest. If you do so, you will have nothing to worry about.
SH, western PA. He's nothing more than a box checking, false metric driven automaton. He's piss poor at customer interaction, does not possess an ounce of creativity and never saw an opportunity for legitimate coaching that he didn't let pass by.
