Worst Managers

Just like their managers, they're milking the system. These oncology groups along with their DBM's are a joke. They tout themselves as "oncology specialist."

 

Does anyone else have the RM coming in to meet with them? Mines coming in today. Miserable person. Worst RM/DM combo in company.

 

You realize that if you are telling the truth your regional manager is going to know what you just posted and who you are. Please tell me you are not that stupid that you actually posted on Café Pharma about a regional manager field contact on the day of the contact.

Sounds like bad leadership from the top down. Any of these reps if they are smart, can get an attorney and make these managers’ lives a living hell. Bobbie is only in place because they needed a woman and Bitteti paved her way since Bobbie was her adro in NSS way back. If you take a look at her career forensically, she has never really had any true, consistent sales success with any of her teams, and she’s hired some very under qualified people. Maybe she will be held accountable, probably not

Back when virology was a division there was a long list of inept loser managers and clueless home office losers who knew squat about virology. And guess where almost all of them came from? They decided to move people around from other divisions who had no clue about virology - and it showed. Became a robotic environment. I vote for every one of those douchebags.

Paul Root, an empty suit, just moves around wherever there's money flowing. I won't be surprised if he goes to psoriasis division.

 

Has anyone met the b---- in Minneapolis? I do not even work for BMS and anytime I see her in the field she looks like she is ready to unload on anyone who even looks at her the wrong way. The customers hate her and she has gotten rid of anyone that was smarter than her (which is about 90% of the team). I feel sorry for anyone who has to work with her. One angry woman.

 

ALL pharmaceutical sales managers get rid of anyone who is smarter than they are and won’t drink the Kool Aid. It’s the law of the land.

You geniuses hired a “Christian” woman to be a DM who came off of a performance plan not too long ago from a CSO for Otsuka. I wish she were a real Christian, but it’s just not so.
