    The Worst Manager is: the one with the highest voluntary attrition rate. The percentage of voluntary attrition is directly proportional to the ineptitude and incompetence of the manager. If you dont agree with that common sense, go back to your cubicle and shut up cuz you never had a bad manager.

    Mary Moore is the worst of the worst managers. Just ask everyone who is still there!!

    Just to reiterate, mary moore is the #1 worst manager. She Lost 2 intelligent employees in 3Q19 and would have lost a 3rd in 4Q, but they blocked the move!

    HR does nothing. Managers make employees lick their asses. They do nothing! if you dont want to do it ,its written openly on your review . HR does not even pay attention!

    Nothing changes here because we have dip shit, arrogant regionals. They can't hold incompetence accountable. They don't dare touch 'protected status' as it might toss 'em in the unemployment line.

    Who they typically are, Root to Branches:
    1) complete, submissive allegiance
    2) pretty good at sounding innovative
    3) sense of humor that plays well
    4) willing to do dirty work when called on
    5) justice and ethics irrelevant, if it runs counter to perceived value or utility to those that cut their checks.
    6) And they play cards at the typically right time to the right audience well. Reduces regional stress and pot holes.

    Bottom line, people see when someone is more focused on self preservation and next career moves; rather than sincere, players coach and willing to "lose" on their behalf. It is the most selfish thing a "leader" can do.

    Really, just described several regionals you think you know, pounding a direct report anonymously. Then, telling you, your the "ass" or what's your next, correct business move. Emulate that shit.
