Absolutely and well-said! Even so, stand up for yourself and others. You may get shot down or even fired but at least you can live with yourself and might make it better for others who wouldn't/couldn't speak up. Been there and done that and wasn't fun but kept my dignity. Too many weak cowards in this industry with just as many sociopaths. Losing combination. Stay strong.

The answer is, wait for it... Not in Pharma. It’s a kids job. There are plenty of industries and jobs where adult conversations are held and different view points are respected. Unfortunately it Dosent happen in Pharma that’s why all these boards sound a like .. Frustration. This industry trains sheep.

Yes. Having intestinal fortitude and taking the difficult path regarding doing what’s right is definitely “cocky” and indicative of someone whose unemployed and over confident.
Yes...This makes so much sense. I get it now. Thank you for being a light bearer.

Yes luciferian. You’re a little slow to catch the sarcasm. I was up at 5:00am working; but for me this goes without saying, so to answer your question...Yes. I do have an occupation.

Yes... wait for it... It goes without saying. I have a career where grownups have adult conversations. It’s not perfect, but It’s also not a snake pit.

Jonas Kroop is the worstttttt. Someone needs to finally get that guy fired.

Pretty sure the reason he "quit" at his last two companies was because his team members complaints started to pile up. HR nightmare waiting to happen.

Try the Derm Managers thread. We need to make a list of these idiots. Does anyone in HR or HQ actually read those surveys?

I don’t work for Pfizer, but I would say the female vaccine manager in Chicago.
I had an interview with this very unprofessional woman. She asked me to describe a success. I told her about how as a vaccine specialist for another company I got a contract win with a 24 office integrated health system. This not only was great for my territory, but was a win for the entire Chicago area. Her response was, “well aren’t you special”. It was said in a nasty condescending way. I almost dropped my phone I was so shocked at her behavior. Needless to say, I was not asked for a f2f interview. SHE is Pfizer’s worst manager. If she didn’t want to hear a good success story then why did she ask... sometimes I think managers are afraid to hire successful people because they might look better then them.

They already know who they are hiring. Your phone interview is just to comply with EEOC crap to cover her ass. You had 0 chance of getting that job. Sue the bitch or let it go. This is the evil we all deal with today.

I have no desire to sue anybody. I just thought it was the such a strange reaction by the hiring manager. I did not even know how to respond to her response. You are right about the evil we have to deal with today in Pharma. I am shocked by the level of evil in this industry that you are talking about. I could not do it myself. I am too polite and respectful of others.

Everyone are her team hates her. She makes everyone's life miserable. Just think how miserable her personal life must be? Have pity for her and pray her life changes for the better!
