Worst PCR DMs?

Saint Louis is a cesspool...reps dropping like flies! PC has to be the worst manager I have ever encountered. A lot of us have left over the past year and found much better managers and salaries! Managers need REAL manager training and offer some better feedback rather then ask all
of their reps if “they should even be in pharmaceutical sales” and give all their reps the same negative feedback. Do they seriously think we all don’t talk? It’s a joke! Worst experience I’ve had in pharma!

hahahahahaha, is this true?!? karma is definitely a bitch! it's probably because AC has the personality of a piece of cardboard. he lacked the ability to communicate efficiently and was oblivious to how much providers loathed him....and his reps!

You can never relax and just sell. Always watch your back with your partners and is the RD telling your DM to manage you out because they have to maintain a certain amount of churn each year. This is a fact btw.
