Recruiter keeps reaching out about a Wound Care position. My current salary in pharma is 105. Made 174 last year in total. Any chance this company would make an offer better than that?
you made nearly 70k in bonus in Pharma? + car, etc I presume. What sector out of curiousity? Don't go anywhere!!
Leadership says that they overpaid us last year. The math doesn't work on how much the company earned vs paid. Do the math. You only make money if you are 100% to their unrealistic goals. With COVID-19... good luck. Stay where you are!!
