Tornier is starting to remind me of the old derelict boats that were hauled behind other military vessels, by cable line, so other military warships could shoot and sink them for practice!!!!
And guess what, the old WMT are management are trying to steer those derelict boats.
    LOL, SHIP OF FOOLS

Some of you guys are clowns. It's comical, go back to your WMT board and talk about how fired up you are to have two new lines of low level product to push. I have never seen someone waste $120M in one day, but WMT certainly managed to do so. As far as Tornier and present mgmt; is everything peachy? No, not for everyone, but change breeds change, and some of that change is uncomfortable for people because they are not getting their way. Life is hard, move forward and grow, or move on. That's the nature of this business. Is it perfect? No, but honestly, what company is?

Well for starters, building a company with management made mostly of people fired or let go from a company you are bashing points squarely to Tornier as a company far from perfect. Chin up sport, being a second tier player can't be that bad.

Thanks for the encouragement mate, now run back to the sandbox with the rest of your little WMT bitches and keep buying companies knocking off our product that is two generations old. Just be sure to hold your chin square and high as you run face first into that brick wall WMT leadership is leading you towards.

I'm really disappointed SD isn't in my sales territory anymore. I am going to have to find a new "pigeon". Hey Sunny D, a sales rep with surgeon support DID and will beat an incompetent manager everytime. Please come back to the southern states. We all need some big sales conversions again and your soooo easy!!!

He sort of is.. Just lives outside his territory, which is strange within itself.

Again, take your WMT drivel to your board. No idea who SD is, nor do I care. He/She doesn't have any consequence on my day to day success against you ass hats. We kill you guys in my market, and frankly with your pompous attitudes, enjoy doing it. Keep telling yourself that everyone let go was incompetent, perhaps they weren't yes men. Divergent perspectives leads to progress, group think leads to complacency. Now back into your TP to smoke from the piece pipe.

And as far as competent reps always winning out, you couldn't be more correct. There is a reason for our success against WMT, simply put, we are the best at what we do in the territory and I prefer if mgmt stays away, all mgmt just screws up momentum, thats a fact.

Simply put, you can't compete with the big boys on shoulders, so foot and ankle is the only thing left in your bag...

Hey SD, you never were too good at spelling or grammar, were you? Divergent perspectives lead to progress, or a divergent perspective leads to progress. Also, its "tee pee" and "Peace" pipe Einstein. Divergent perspectives can lead to progress as long as they don't get you fired from multiple companies.

Oh' no SD, I am afraid I concur with what has been printed in the Memphis tabloids about WMT's management culture at that time. Have you forgotten what The Unites States Attorney General's opinion was about WMT's management practices? Were'nt you part of that management team?

Again you mental giant, no idea who SD is. Did WMT have issues then? Yes, without question. Do I believe they still have issues today? Yes, without question. Best of luck in the field, hope the recent acquisitions help round out your bag and you don't lose territory with the addition of the sales force from those organizations. Time to wake up, these companies don't give a shit about anything other than numbers, and if your numbers suffer, you will be gone. Just a fact of life. Again, hope it works well for you at WMT, stop waving the flag with blind loyalty and wake up to what is really going on in this industry, WMT won't be the last company you rep for if you have the talent to stick around.
