    Nothing would make me happier than S&N deciding to buy Wright.

    Sounds like Stryker has no intention of keeping anyone from Wright, even R&D or marketing. S&N could use another office in Memphis.

    Only promising 100-140M in synergy it's basically distribution consolidation and the executive suite at Wright and you get that number pretty easily. I'd say the rank and file are probably pretty safe.

    It would be a shocker if SNN made this happen--they lost Centerpulse to Zimmer and Biomet to private equity. The only successful acquisition in years is PLUS--oh, and also-ran Navio. Good luck, Cherry Rd peeps!

    Maybe you can recommend Jim Kichler a lawyer, or two?!
    I thought Stryker Corp was tight with the DOJ and followed all the guidelines...hmmmmm
