So let me get this straight. BC promoted ALL when he started. Then BC gets promoted and BL takes his place. The 1st thing BL did was fire ALL. So one might say BC made a huge mistake and had BL fire ALL.

ALL was 100% correct "Better is always possible". I guess she didn't "own her dirt"

Usually shit runs downhill. Does BL now fire all the people ALL hired?

BC is like a cancer to any company he’s ever been with...once he gets in there, it’s nothing but misery for everyone. He’s like a roach, who survives regardless of what he does to the morale of a company and its people. Nobody in the industry has ANYTHING positive to say about him. His decisions are not what’s in best interest of the company...only to serve his extreme paranoia.

 

So why did PP bring BC to the company? Is he blind to BC's reputation?
