Was told 5 years ago by a Kavo rep that Danaher has a 5 year plan to tear down a company.....They bought Nobel Oct 2014....I've never seen or even heard of a company so poorly run in my life....its 100% danaher....just look what they did to ID....

The blood bath is just starting....RMs are next, then the reps....and got to be coming soon before January meeting arrangements have to be made...

 

What happened?

 

Word is that not hitting plan/ company growth there will be company wide cuts. Rumor quickly spreading that this was all planed months ago if we missed in September! Still can’t believe they also let go of DuBois! They must be holding on to T.O just to save face. Joe Day needs to quit playing with his “pussy” cat and become half the leader that Tom was. Nobel is a shit show now. Time to update that resume. Straumann is looking goooooooood!

 

joe day is a clown who knows nothing of being a leader! In regards to Dubois he broke the cardinal sin of sacrificing his family for a company that never gave one shit about anyone but making a almighty buck. What's going in in the NY/Northeast area? I'm moving cross country (was lab tech via a relative who owned a lab and come w/sales exp and degree), and hear Nobel is strong in that area. I'm told their might be openings in that area (flexible as to where I can go). Is it best to look into a growing market further past NY, or is NY metro and suburbs the place to go? Maybe consider staying inside and look at Mahwah? Is the upside of sales still there with Nobel vs staying in an office environment? If there's current turnover, does that mean new opportunity to take a territory and give it a shot?

Well it looks like leadership is on the move now that Joe Day is no more. Itll be interesting to see what happens over the next Q and what the sales mtg look like in 2020.

I heard there are more people being let go! Probably next week. Rumor has it that more regional managers will be let go. Also getting rid of the entire marketing department just like they did at Kavo. Wild AF. Heads will def continue to roll....damn. Nobel is NOT what it used to be. :-(

Your comments regarding the past Area Director are spot on. Brian Gitt didn't give two shits about anyone or their families! He got what he deserved,and frankly should have been fired yeas ago,however he was protected by all the lazy ivory tower management team that has finally been blown out with him.
