No, they have been dysfunctional for quite awhile, as is the rest of the company. For example, we have a major meeting for no real at all. We talk about the same thing over and over and over at every meeting! Everyone walks around asking ( out of range of management) why the hell are we here? They have picked to death every damn vis aid we’ve ever had! They try and make everything the Holy Grail with no new information! If this is what the training department gets paid for, Lundbeck is getting screwed.
What can I tell you, we give it our best shot. We are an entry level specialty company that doesn't pay for talent. Kelly
